A perverted man is allegedly going around Cleveland lifting women’s dresses and kissing their ass – literally.
Cleveland police released surveillance footage of the man in action in a gas station in Cleveland, Ohio. The unsuspecting woman had been shopping when the man stood behind her like he was waiting his turn, then looking around to ensure no one was watching, he bent down, lifted her dress and either kissed or sniffed her bum.
Cleveland police are telling women to be on the lookout for him.
