Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller has surrendered to FCI Victorville to begin her 366 day prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud charges.
The 50-year-old reality star arrived to prison on Wednesday at twelve o’five PM, which is nearly two hours earlier than her two o’clock PM deadline, according to Entertainment Tonight.
In May, Miller was found guilty of bankruptcy fraud for attempting to hide $775,000 of income from Dance Moms, its spin-off Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition and multiple other projects during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Miller was pictured arriving to the correctional institute in her car.
Miller was originally ordered to turn herself in on June 30, but the date was pushed back.
In addition to serving time, Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti also ordered Abby to pay a $40,000 fine and serve two years probation after her time behind bars.
