Blac chyna obtained a temporary restraining order against former fiance Rob Kardashian after accusing him of revenge porn.
But after appearing on Good Morning America and speaking outside of a Los Angeles court about her case, it seems at least one member of Rob’s family is hinting she might be in legal hot water of her own.
According to People Tuesday, Kim Kardashian’s reps sent ABC News a copy of a non-disclosure agreement the former stripper signed under her real name Angela White before appearing on the Kardashian family E! reality shows
The move came after the news outlet asked the selfie queen, 36, for comment about her younger brother’s social media rant and the posting of explicit pics of Chyna.
It’s the first public response from any member of the Kardashian family apart from Rob himself to the extraordinary events of the past week.
The NDA is a binding legal document that prohibits Chyna from speaking about or revealing any information, either privately or in public, about the private lives, business interests and finances of the Kardashians, the Jenners, the Disicks or the Wests.
Kim is married to Kanye West, the father of her two children, while her older sister Kourtney is separated from her baby daddy Scott Disick with whom she shares three children.
The NDA also covers Kylie and Kendall Jenner, the Kardashian kids’ half-siblings and momager Kris’s ex-husband Caitlyn Jenner.
In the restraining order filings, Chyna alleged that Rob had struck her during an April 8 argument, had threatened to kill himself if she didn’t do what he wanted and claimed he possesses a gun.
The TRO prohibits the sock entrepreneur from posting about the video vixen on social media and from sharing online photos of their daughter Dream or Chyna’s son King Cairo, from her relationship with rapper Tyga.
Rob took to social media last Wednesday firing off a number of shots at his ex, posting nude pics of her and calling into question her faithfulness – she cheated on him with ‘8 dudes in less than a month,’ he claimed – as well her honesty, sobriety and abilities as a parent.
Even when his Instagram account was shut down amid the brouhaha, Rob took his vitriol for his child’s mother to Twitter, continuing his diatribe.
Perhaps the only Kardashian brother is feeling regret as a report from Us Weekly on Tuesday says that he feels ashamed of his social media rant.
‘Rob is really trying to get back on track and focus on being a dad again,’ a source told the weekly. ‘He’s embarrassed that he has caused this.’
