A schoolboy who started with £5 has enjoyed a plush lifestyle, with trips up the Shard and fine dining, by selling sweets at school.
The 15-year-old is raking in £50,000 a year and makes more than £1,000 a week.
The entrepreneurial schoolboy has been dubbed the Wolf of Walthamstow and a staff of 11 across three schools.
Nathan John-Baptiste sells £230 of drinks every day.
‘No one has done what I have. Others have sold sweets, I’ve created an empire,’ he told the Sun.
His success means he was invited to talk to primary pupils at the school he was kicked out of about business.
The wheeler-dealer also works shifts on the local market making £100 selling bath salts in North London.
Inspired by a millionaire to eschew the gang-lifestyle, Nathan started selling sweets during breaktime.
‘This man called Carl told us: “You can be whatever you want.” That really resonated with me,’ he added.
Using the latest innovation, the tech-savvy youngster lets pupils order from his bathroom store using Snapchat.
The company, Walking Talking Shop, has generated enough savings for Nathan that he plans to enter the letting market.
Living at home with his parents and younger brother, he is now starting a summer placement with a sales company.
