The Confirmation HBO movie is almost here. So star Kerry Washington put on a princess frock and headed to the premiere last night in L.A. We’ve got all the pics, including Gabrielle Union, Anita Hill and more, inside.
Kerry Washington transformed into Anita Hill (and she’s a dead ringer!) alongside Wendell Pierce who became Clarence Thomas for the upcoming Confirmation movie. The co-stars attended last night’s premiere at the Paramount Theater on the Paramount Studios lot.
Kerry hit the carpet in this floral Dolce & Gabbana frock and a clashing clutch that simply worked:
That perfect nail color is OPI (she’s the new spokesperson!) Barefoot In Barcelona by the way.
This dress has our followers over on Twitter and IG either totally enamored or severly hating it. What say you?
Anita Hill, whose story is being told in the movie, made her was to the carpet alongside Kerry and California Senator Barbara Boxer. Looks like Anita is giving the film — which is based on a documentary about her sexual assault fight against Clarence Thomas during his Supreme Court confirmation. Sen. Boxer also credits Anita Hill with her Senate win.
“Being Mary Jane” star Gabrielle Union came through to support:
Pretty look for her.
Yes Zendaya! Looking like a supermodel who just hopped out of an Easter basket. And we love it.
The “K.C. Undercover” star rocked this multicolored two piece satin skirt and bustier with a pretty pale pink pump. Gorgeous as always.
Debbie Allen and her husband, retired NBA player Norm Nixon, hit the carpet before the event. They’re still going strong 32 years later!
Actor Jeffrey Wright stars in the film as Charles Ogletree.
“American Crime” star Regina Hall was there for her god friend Kerry. Loving this dress.
Wendell Pierce will star as Clarence Thomas himself. From the look of the trailer, he’s a dead ringer for the Justice as well.
And Kerry’s “Scandal” co-star Cornelius Smith Jr. came out to support the Pope & Associates queen bee. Loves it!
Confirmation airs on BO April 16th. Check out the newest trailer below:
