Nicholas Van Varenberg, son to Hollywood legend, Jean-Claude Van Damme has been arrested for allegedly holding his roommate at knifepoint.
The 21-year-old was arrested on Sunday in Tempe, Arizona in the United States and according to TMZ, he was arrested after police got a call he’d punched the elevator in his building.
A trail of blood leading to his apartment was discovered by the police upon getting to his apartment,
Not long after police left they were stopped again by Nicholas’ roommate who ran downstairs, claiming he’d escaped the apartment where Nicholas was holding him at knife point. According to the young man Nicholas got really angry that he had opened the door for them. Officers immediately searched the apartment, and say they found the knife and marijuana.
The 21-year old was booked for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful imprisonment, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
