Yes, this is a fan that you clip to your sleeve, which then promises to keep your armpits dry. Pit stains could be a thing of the past. I’m not sure how to feel about these. They dosolve a legitimate problem but also look incredibly ridiculous. I feel embarrassed taking out a manual paper fan on the subway, let alone clipping fans to the sides of my shirt. I suppose the question here is what’s more mortifying: pit stains or armpit fans? I’ll let you all decide.
Look at it go! When I first saw this video I thought it was the work of Boston Dynamics, but turns out, PneuHound comes to us from the Hosoda Laboratory at Osaka University. I’m allergic to dogs, so I’m into the idea of a robot dog. But there’s something slightly less charming about this dog. Maybe it’s the noise it makes as it fires up its pistons to run. Nevertheless, I’d keep this dog as a pet and maybe love it, too.
It’s a wood-fire hot tub that looks like it’ll bring families and friends together. While I’m intrigued by the idea and totally wouldn’t be mad if one showed up in my New York apartment, I’m also wondering how it’s safe. Look at that fire!! It’s literally roaring with flames. I’m also wondering how the water doesn’t eventually boil everyone alive. Maybe the mystery of it all is what makes me so thirsty for it.
